Which Fatoora wave is your firm in?
Two thresholds decide it, both tested against your VAT-taxable revenue in named past years. Enter the four years and the checker applies the same test ZATCA announced — Wave 24 (above SAR 375,000 in 2022–2024, deadline passed) and Wave 25 (above SAR 187,500 in 2022–2025, integrate by 1 February 2027).
How the test works
ZATCA sets each wave by a revenue test on named past years, measured on VAT-taxable revenue — the same measure as your VAT returns. This checker applies exactly the documented tests: more than SAR 375,000 in any of 2022–2024 puts a firm in Wave 24, whose integration deadline of 30 June 2026 has passed; more than SAR 187,500 in any of 2022–2025 puts it in Wave 25, with integration due by 1 February 2027. 'More than' is strict: exactly SAR 187,500 does not cross the line.
If your figures cross both lines, the earlier wave is the binding one, and the checker reports it — its deadline governs, even though the later wave's test also matches.
What the result does not decide
ZATCA notifies firms at least six months ahead, and the legal obligation follows the announced criteria — a notification letter is not what creates the duty, and its absence does not remove it. This checker covers the documented waves only; ZATCA has said additional waves will be announced, so a below-the-line result is a position today, not a permanent exemption.
If you are unsure which of your figures count as VAT-taxable revenue, your accountant's reading governs; this tool applies the arithmetic to the numbers you enter, and stores nothing you type.

Asked often, answered straight.
My revenue exploded in 2025 only — am I in an earlier wave?+
Yes — Wave 25. The Wave 24 test reads 2022–2024 only; a firm whose big year was 2025 is tested for Wave 25 across 2022–2025 and lands there however large 2025 was. Your deadline is 1 February 2027.
We hit exactly SAR 187,500 in 2024 — are we in?+
Not in Wave 25. The criterion is revenue that exceeded SAR 187,500 — strictly above the line. Stay close to the line, though: ZATCA's table promises additional waves, and a growing firm crosses in a later year.
ZATCA has not notified me — am I safe?+
Act on the criteria anyway. ZATCA notifies firms at least six months ahead via the email and mobile registered on the Fatoora portal, but the obligation follows the criteria, not the notification. Check your portal contact details are current, and plan to the deadline the checker gives you.
My revenue fell this year — does that take me out of Wave 25?+
It does not remove you. The test looks at any single year from 2022 to 2025 — one strong year puts you in the wave even if this year is quiet. That is deliberate: the wave is set by the years ZATCA named, not by your current run-rate.
