Salary day, finished before lunch.
The hours are already counted — they landed from your crew's own taps all month. You confirm the week, and InstaJack makes the payslips and the standard WPS salary file, ready to submit. No spreadsheet. No scramble. No man paid late because a number got typed twice.

The last day of the month belongs to payroll. It shouldn't.
Thirty days of work — taps, memory, notebooks, group chats — have to become exact numbers by tonight, because tomorrow the men are waiting. Payroll isn't hard because it's complicated. It's hard because it's compiled at the deadline, from scratch, every month.
Ramesh — was it 25 26 days??
Overtime — it's in the WhatsApp group, scroll…
Two men have files open. Two versions of the truth.
“Boss, salary today?”
And the honest answer, third month running:
“Tomorrow. Inshallah, tomorrow.”
The lost day
The owner and the office spend the last day of the month compiling: hours from memory, overtime from chats, advances from a notebook. A full day of the firm's most expensive people, doing arithmetic.
The rejected file
One wrong digit in a hand-typed file doesn't cost a digit — it re-opens the whole month, at the counter, on the deadline, with six men waiting on the money.
Late pay lands on you
Men forgive many things. Being paid late, three months in a row, is remembered at exactly the moment another firm comes hiring. The scramble is an admin problem that walks out as a crew problem.
The scramble isn't carelessness. It's payroll rebuilt from memory against a deadline. When the hours are counted as the month happens, salary day becomes a check — not a rebuild.
A payslip a man can hear.
Switch the language: the payslip turns into his words, and Listen reads it aloud. Beside it, the whole chain — the crew's own taps became these hours, the hours became this payslip, and this payslip is already inside the salary file.
His payslip. Read it, hear it, or keep it on WhatsApp.
Hours confirmed
Ramesh: 26 days, 10 overtime hours — landed from his own On My Way → Done taps all month. The owner checked the week and confirmed it. Nothing is final before that tap.
Payslip made
Built from the confirmed week — days, overtime, the advance he took on the 12th. Every figure traces to a tap or a record; nothing was typed at the counter.
Salary file ready
The standard WPS salary file for the whole crew, generated from the confirmed payslips — one file, no hand-typed digits. Ready when you are.
His pay, in his language. Switch the language on the payslip — then press Listen.
The month counts itself. You just confirm it.

Hours land from the crew's taps
No timesheet to rebuild — the month's hours were counted while the month happened. Travel is never counted, and a forgotten finish is never guessed: the taps are the record.
- 2.0
You confirm the week
One look at each man's week, correct anything that's wrong — corrections stay on record — and confirm. Nothing is final until the owner says so.
- 3.0
Payslips are made
One per man, in seconds: readable, hearable in his own language, or sent to him on WhatsApp as a document he can keep.
- 4.0
The salary file is ready
The standard WPS file, built from the confirmed payslips — ready to take to your bank or exchange house, exactly the way you submit it today.
Payroll compiled by the month itself.
All of this is the Pay Pack — and one honest boundary runs through all of it: InstaJack prepares; you submit.
Rates per man, kept apart
Each man's pay rate is held inside payroll — apart from job prices and client money. It's not the rate on a quote, it's not shown on a job, and it never travels to a worker's phone or a client's link.
Nothing final until you confirm
Payslips and the salary file are built only from a week you confirmed. Until that tap, everything is a draft you can correct. Payroll has an owner, and it's you — not the software.
A payslip a man can hear
Every payslip can be spoken aloud in the man's own language, or sent to him on WhatsApp. The man who can't read a payslip can still check his pay to the dirham. That's not a small thing — it's the thing.
The salary file, from snapshots
The WPS file is generated from the confirmed payslip snapshots — never re-typed at the counter. The IBAN digit that used to reject the whole file is never typed by a human again.
Corrections stay on record
Wrong hours are corrected before confirming — and the correction sits beside the original, visible, not over it. When a man asks in March why October changed, the answer exists.
Every man, every month, one history
Payslips are kept per man, per month — the advance in October, the overtime in November, all of it retrievable. A question about pay is answered from the record, not from somebody's memory of a spreadsheet.
“Payroll is my accountant's work.” Keep him. Fire the scramble.
Your accountant's value was never the gathering — chasing hours across chats and notebooks at the deadline. InstaJack does the gathering from records that already exist. What reaches your accountant is a finished, confirmed payroll to check — minutes of his judgement instead of a day of his arithmetic.
InstaJack prepares payslips and the standard WPS salary file. It does not pay your men, and it does not file anything with anyone. You take the file to your bank or exchange house, exactly as you do today. The difference is what's inside it: confirmed hours and not one hand-typed number. Anyone who promises you more than that is promising with your licence.
Payroll lives in the Pay Pack. AED 59 a month.
Spoken payslips, confirmed weeks and the WPS salary file switch on with the Pay Pack — AED 59 per firm, per month, never per man on the payroll. Quoting and invoicing stay Core, free forever. And the boundary stays where it belongs: the pack prepares, you submit, your bank pays.

Does InstaJack pay my men?+
No — and it shouldn't pretend to. InstaJack prepares the payslips and the standard WPS salary file from your confirmed week. You submit the file at your bank or exchange house, and they pay your men — the same route as today, minus the scramble and the re-typed numbers.
The hours were wrong for one man. Now what?+
Correct them before you confirm the week. The correction is kept on record beside the original — and until you confirm, nothing is final and no salary file exists. Once you've confirmed, the payslips and the file are built from exactly what you confirmed.
Can a man hear his payslip in his own language?+
Yes. Payslips are spoken in the same worker languages the crew side of InstaJack runs in — ten languages — or sent to the man on WhatsApp as a document he can keep and replay. He checks his pay himself, to the dirham.
Which file do the banks and exchange houses take?+
The standard WPS salary file — the SIF format they already process every month. If they take your file today, they take this one: it's the same standard, generated from your confirmed payslips instead of typed by hand at the deadline.
